Quality Policy

PTFE Coatings is committed to a policy of supplying services of the highest quality and standards and ensuring that customer’s requirements are met. To implement this policy, PTFE Coatings is committed to operate the Quality Management System defined in this Quality Manual and the supporting procedures, instructions and documentation. This aim is achieved by the total commitment of all employees to the system, who are encouraged to suggest improvements. All employees are responsible for the quality of their own work.

The Quality Management System operated complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

The quality procedures and their supporting documentation are mandatory for all staff, who are aware of the requirements. To ensure this, the Quality Policy of the Company is communicated to all levels and copies are accessible to all employees.

We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system and our aim is to focus on continual improvement in the following areas:

• Targets to be achieved for company performance which includes on time delivery, customer complaints, returns and non-conformances
• Review of the management processes and their effectiveness for the organisation and to maintain our commitment to satisfy applicable requirements.
• Awareness of changes to the business environment, to more efficiently to increase productivity and company performance
• To provide a quality service which meets pre-set standards with thorough inspection regimes carried out by all personnel
• To build the organisation so that we are assertive, responsive, work as a team and are committed towards quality assurance through our internal training
• Introduction of new coatings, services and capabilities in response to the evolving needs of our customers

The quality objectives are established and will be reviewed by the top management through the management review process. Performance data is analysed to assess the continuing suitability of the quality objectives and the quality policy.
